Thank you for choosing GirlfriendX (“the App”), operated by Humpty Dumpty Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

The App, its features, and all original content are the property of Humpty Dumpty Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written permission.
Note: You are responsible for ensuring that any custom characters or content you create do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use.
You may delete your account at any time within the app or by contacting support.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humpty Dumpty Studio and its affiliates, officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:
Use or inability to use the App
Unauthorized access to or use of personal data
Bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
Errors or omissions in content
Conduct of third parties using the App
Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid (if any) for the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country of residence or the country in which the App is made available, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in advance through the App or via email.
Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
