By downloading or using Jawmax: Looksmax, Ascend & PSL, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly do not use the application.

Jawmax provides AI-powered aesthetic analysis through specific “Bots.” The services include, but are not limited to:

Facial Analysis: UMAX, JawMax (Front/Side), PSL MAX (Front/Side).

Style & Grooming: HairMax, ColorMax, OutfitMax.

Fitness: FitMax (Front/Back physique analysis).

Entertainment: Celeb Look Alike, Animal Twin, Ancestry Max.
3. Medical and Professional Disclaimer The analysis provided by Jawmax is for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Not Medical Advice: The “FitMax,” “JawMax,” and skin analysis features are not medical diagnoses. We do not detect medical conditions.

Consult a Professional: Always consult a dermatologist, doctor, or certified fitness trainer before undertaking any drastic diet, exercise, or medical intervention based on app suggestions.
4. User Conduct and Image Guidelines You agree to only upload images that you own or have explicit permission to use.

Requirements: You must adhere to the input guidelines (e.g., providing both front and side profiles for JawMax) for accurate results.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload nudity, sexually explicit content, or images of children under the age of 13. We reserve the right to ban users violating these rules.
5. AI Processing and Accuracy You acknowledge that the analysis is performed by Artificial Intelligence (Gemini and OpenAI). AI can make mistakes (hallucinations). We do not guarantee 100% accuracy regarding your “scores,” ancestry predictions, or celebrity matches.
6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
Humptydumptystudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on the analysis provided.
8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
