Thank you for using AI Girlfriend: Virtual Chat App. These Terms of Use help set clear expectations and outline the rules for using our services.

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you’re using our Services on behalf of someone else or a company, you must have the authority to agree to these Terms for them.
Account Responsibility
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Sharing your account or credentials with others is not allowed.
1. Using the Services
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our Services for personal and non-commercial purposes. You must follow these Terms and all applicable laws. All rights to the Services remain with AI Girlfriend: Virtual Chat App and its partners.

Use our Services in a way that infringes on others’ rights or violates laws.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
Use bots or automated tools to extract data or content (unless allowed via our API).
Falsely present where the data or results from the Services originated.
Sell, redistribute, or resell the Services without our permission.
Submit or process data involving users under 18 years of age.

Our Services may link to external sites or tools. We’re not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or actions of these third-party platforms.
5. Payment & Subscription Terms:
Choose from the following subscription options for unlimited access to all features:
- Monthly Subscription
- Annual Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
AI Girlfriend:Virtual Chat app’s free trial offers you unlimited ad-free access to all features for three days. Your account will be charged for renewal, based on the annual subscription plan, within 24 hours before the end of the free trial period.
You can cancel auto-renewal any time, provided the cancellation is at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription to AI Girlfriend:Virtual Chat app is purchased.
Manage your subscription directly from your iPhone
Cancel auto-renewal through your Account Settings in the Settings app:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Manage or cancel your AI Girlfriend:Virtual Chat app subscription
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify you by posting the revised version on our website or through the Services.
